SAW Device

SAW devices are electronics components which contain frequency control and generation elemen similar to the quartz crystal except transudation is through SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave). SAW devices cove wide frequency range from 30 MHz to 5 GHz, and have been successfully applied to TV filters, handst RF filters, high frequency filter/resonators in wireless, automotive, and military applications. SAW resonators are also the key components in high frequency oscillators providing exceptional good jitter performance compared to PLL-based oscillators
